Howl Of A Dog visited a small village in Romania to help dogs and bring hope for a better tomorrow. In remote villages where information about animal welfare and animal rights is hard to reach, a lot of good can be accomplished.
In addition to educating the villagers, the organization offered free neutering/spaying, microchipping, and vaccinations.
