Chris and Claudia are tourists who were among the first to spot the dog living on a lonely island. They photographed her and then asked good people through social media for someone to save the dog.
They couldn’t save her on their own because she was too skittish. The entire scene was filmed on the coast of the US state of Louisiana.
Aja from the Society for Helping Abandoned Animals came to the dog’s aid. She took the dog on a boat to safety, where she is now waiting for her new loving owners. The dog was named Marsha.
