I was at breakfast with a close friend a few weeks ago, and watched her struggle while peeling a hard-boiled egg. If only I knew this trick, she definitely wouldn’t have been so frustrated.
Did you know that you can peel a hard-boiled egg this easily? What’s your secret?
Here are the directions for hard-boiled eggs, in case you’re curious (from Chef Alvarez)
Put them in cold water, bring to a boil. Once boiling remove from heat and let stand for 15 to 17 minutes………Place in a ice bath and place in fridge. I would let stand for a couple of hours, if not the day before and they should peel real easy.
Take a look!
