I had to watch this video several times, mostly because it’s so darn funny! I’ve NEVER seen a cat walk across a counter top like this. Is he dancing? Is he trying to freak out his owner? Is he simply trying out a new type of walking style? I have no idea, but it’s great nonetheless.
Cats actually behave this way when they’re either scared or feeling especially playful, and since his owner is with him, I have a feeling this cat has a momentary jolt of energy and he just doesn’t know what to do with it. And don’t worry – the counter isn’t far off the floor, and he lands on his feet!
