In 2008, YouTube user kelikala uploaded the following video in memory of all those lost in war both past and present. Since then, it’s been seen by over three million people and counting. Even if it’s just for a few minutes, there’s no better time than Memorial Day to honor these heroes.
It’s not only a tribute to those who put their lives on the line each and every day for we as a people, but it’s also for all the sons and daughters, mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, grandfathers and grandmothers and our friends that were taken from us too soon. Each moment of this video is enough to rip your heart out, and remind you of the power of bravery and courage personified.
