McKenzie Michelle Carey looked like a perfectly healthy girl when she was first born. But as she grew up, her father began to worry that she didn’t seem to be growing at the same rate as other girls her age.

At just 18 months old, this beautiful little girl was diagnosed with a dangerous disease known as Mitochondrial disease. The disease is potentially deadly and slows down the life functions of whomever has this sickness, but with the proper science and study, little McKenzie stands a chance at living a full life.

McKenzie isn’t paralyzed, but she doesn’t have the strength to walk or talk. She can barely move, and her mother says that her little girl can still understand everything that’s said to her.

This little girl wanted to dance, but didn’t have enough control over her muscles to do it. Luckily, her amazing father knew exactly what he had to do. Dancing to Miley Cyrus’ hit, “The Climb” this heartwarming video left the whole audience in tears, and once you watch you’ll easily see why.

Even though this little girl is suffering from her disease one thing is certain: as long as her dad is there to dance with her, she’ll never be alone!

Please SHARE this touching video if you’ll keep this whole family in your thoughts and prayers!
