Alleged MS-13 member and accused human smuggler Kilmar Abrego Garcia was released from a Tennessee jail Friday and is headed to join his family in Maryland, his attorney said.
Abrego Garcia left the Putnam County Jail after being deported by the Trump administration and subsequently returned to the U.S. for prosecution on human smuggling charges.
