This cop was about to pull over a woman for using her cell phone while driving. When he opened her car door, he instantly knew something was wrong. The woman was choking. Officer Dustin Clinkscales quickly assessed the situation and pulled the woman out and was able to save her from choking to death.
He realized later she was probably using her phone to try to dial for help. This is one of the only times where someone might have had a valid excuse to be on their phone while driving. Every year countless car accidents are directly or indirectly contributed to drivers using their cell phone while driving. If you’re out on the road make sure to avoid using your phone!
