In my neighborhood, people drive too dang fast! This drives me NUTS!! Don’t they consider the neighborhood kids who are outside playing, or the good folks walking their dogs?
Disobeying the speed limit is extremely dangerous, and this one town in New Jersey went to absolutely crazy lengths to punish its residents for puttin’ the pedal to the metal.
