If you are a frequent customer at In-N-Out Burger, the fast food restaurant most popular in California, then you probably already know this business’s secret. But for anyone uninitiated with the burger joint, then you might not know they are a Christian organization.
Next time you decide to order a meal at the fast food restaurant, take a minute to look over their packaging. You’ll see some not-so-hidden messages there meant to enlighten and inspire.
But when one liberal customer looked under his cup, he found one that he found offensive. And now he has turned to social media to “oust” the Christina business – although he is a few decades too late. In-N-Out Burger has always proudly shared their Christianity with their customers…
Christian businesses are a dime a dozen. Besides In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A is another popular Christian fast food restaurant. And they’re not afraid to share their beliefs with their customers – and recently they even gave their employees pro-police uniforms to let cops know they’re welcomed too.
Back in 1948, In-N-Out was founded by Harry and Esther Snyder. Their first burger joint was established in Baldwin Park, California which is a suburb of Los Angeles. Since then In-N-Out has spread to many locations around the Southwest and has been feeding countless customers no matter their religion or faith.
One of the reasons the burger place is so popular is because of their simple menu. People can trust every item they order and know that it’s backed by the corporation. When you step into their establishment, you can basically order one of three things – burgers, fries, or shakes.
Not only does the fast food restaurant have a delicious simple menu, they also have a “secret menu” that only die-hard fans know by heart. For example, you can order your burger cooked medium rare. And if you want some extra-delicious fries order them ‘animal style.’
Back when Rich Snyder was president of the company, he began adding Bible verses to his packaging. The verse were a reflection of Snyder and his family’s beliefs. Initially, back before America was taken over by the PC police, the Bible verses were not controversial. But since then the company has received push back – but they have denied the anti-Christians to push them around and the Bible verses are still on their cups and burger wrappers.
Bible verses are specific to each item on the menu.
Milkshakes are covered with Proverbs 3:5.
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”
Hamburgers and cheeseburgers have their wrappers plastered with the words Revelation 3:20.
“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”
Find Proverbs 24:16 on your order of French fries.
“For though a righteous man falls seven times, he rises again, but the wicked are brought down by calamity.”
In-N-Out is not the only Christian business making profits in America. Forever21 has also prints Bible verses and makes a lot of money from consumers. JetBlue is also vocal about their Christian faith.
