So what do you need for this healthy nail bath? Orange, crushed garlic, and olive oil.

In order to prove that it works, Ela Gale used the nail soak on one hand to show you the difference from just four sessions!

I was shocked to see results happen so quickly. Usually you imagine things like this to take a while. But as the video demonstrates, positive change can come pretty quickly.

In the video, the YouTuber shows the results you can expect if you use this DIY nail growth recipe for a week. Her nails are markedly stronger, longer, and healthier. And it was so easy.

To create the nail soak, you must:

1) Gather the juice from an orange.
2) Mix in a clove of crushed garlic.
3) Let your nails soak in the orange/garlic mixture for ten minutes.
4) Let your nails dry for about 15 minutes.
5) Soak your nails in ¼ cup of olive oil for five minutes.

If you do this nail rinse just twice a week, you will notice stronger and longer nails, Ela says. The stunning results come from the vitamin-packed recipe that you’re exposing your nails to on a regular basis.
