Kylie Jenner has been sued by her former housekeeper, who alleges she experienced discrimination based on religion and national origin from other members of staff.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, Angelica Vasquez began working as a housekeeper for the Kardashians star at her Beverly Hills home in California in September 2024.
Vasquez claims that about a week later she was transferred to Jenner’s Hidden Hills residence, where she reported to head housekeeper Patsy and another staff member identified as Elsi.

According to documents obtained by Page Six, Angelica Vasquez said she began working as a housekeeper for the Kardashians star, seen above at Paris Fashion Week, in September 2024.
During her time working there, Vasquez alleges she “was treated with hostility and exclusion,” according to the court filings.
The documents claim that head housekeeper Patsy “questioned [Vasquez’s] presence, forced her to wait with a security guard, and made clear that [Vasquez] was not welcome.”
Vasquez, who is Salvadoran and Catholic, further alleges in the lawsuit that she was regularly “assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment.”
When Vasquez was transferred to Jenner’s Hidden Hills home, she began working alongside head housekeeper Patsy and a staff member identified as Elsi (pictured: Jenner in an orange dress).
Vasquez alleges that once she was working at the Hidden Hills home, she “was treated with hostility and exclusion,” according to the court documents (pictured: Jenner at 2026 Paris Fashion Week).
The plaintiff further claims the defendants “made repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments” that were “intended to demean, intimidate, and assert power over her.”
Vasquez also alleges that her accent was frequently mocked and that she was made to carry out tasks assigned to Patsy and Elsi.
She claims she later developed “symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” and anxiety due to the alleged hostile work environment, ultimately resigning in August 2025.
Vasquez is seeking damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and other compensation, including punitive damages.
None of the allegations are directly made against Jenner (seen above heading to dinner), but she is still named as a defendant in the court documents because she allegedly failed to address Vasquez’s complaints and concerns.
While Jenner, 28, is not accused of direct misconduct, the suit claims she is liable in part for not responding to the reported issues.
TMZ was first to report the news. Page Six has reached out to Jenner’s representative for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
Sources familiar with the situation told the outlet that Vasquez had attendance issues and other workplace-related concerns during her employment.
