Chris Wark is most known for his successful battle against cancer, but the husband and father of two is also an author and health speaker. In addition, Wark is a musician and a property owner. His plate is certainly full, but somehow he manages to keep it balanced.
As a landlord, you never really know what you’re going to find when checking on a tenant’s home. If you’re lucky, everything is clean and in order. But that’s not always the case — and Wark can attest to that.
In February of 2012, Wark visited one of his properties, rented by an “eccentric cat lady.” She’d been renting the place for the past seven years and recently was short on rent. Wark visited the property and was in for quite the surprise when he saw the inside. He videotaped his tour of the house and promptly uploaded it to YouTube. It’s been viewed upward of 800,000 times.
