When you have a toddler running around the house, any time not spent cleaning up messes is precious. With today’s technology, parents and grandparents really want to capture everyspecial moment on film. It can be so tough to tell when to bust out the camera…or when the little one will be in a good mood!
Luckily for us, the adorable little sweetheart in the following video was in a great mood when her father decided to start recording her. At first, Dad asks his 17-month old daughter, Maya, to sing the age-old Gospel song “Amazing Grace.” The fact that this baby girl knew all the lyrics to the song blew me away — but I was most impressed by what this little one does next.
While most babies would probably get distracted and run away, Maya seems to love being in front of the camera. This baby girl doesn’t stop singing after “Amazing Grace” and amazingly jumps right into the “ABC Song” and “You Are My Sunshine” before counting to ten in Spanish!
Isn’t she such a little genius? This is definitely one video Maya’s family will cherish forever.
