According to the American Kennel Club, Doberman pinschers are known to be energetic, watchful, fearless, and obedient dogs. They’re made to look tough with the pointy ears, and their shiny, short coats make them look very noble.
This silly pup is a perfect example of what dobermans are known for.
But not every member of the breed is going to fall under that very same description. All dogs, much like people, have their very unique character traits and flaws. That, however, is what makes the world such a wonderfully exciting place to live! Can you imagine living in a world with no variety?
This Doberman pinscher named Theresa is definitely full of energy, and she has those very distinct Dobie markings on her. There’s one thing that makes her stray a little bit outside of the usual breed description, though.
When a tiny toy Doberman appears in the doorway, Theresa isn’t quite sure how to react. Remember, her breed is supposed to be “Elegant in appearance, of proud carriage, reflecting great nobility and temperament. Energetic, watchful, determined, alert, fearless, loyal and obedient,” with an emphasis on “of proud carriage,” and “fearless.” In this silly moment, Theresa certainly does not display those two characteristics.
This little toy throws this silly girl for a loop, and she does something totally unique to Theresa. You have to admit, it’s pretty hilarious!
