Craig Colton’s parents love The X Factor, so when they got the chance to be part of the live audience, they jumped at the chance. But they had no idea that their son would be singing.
As the judges probed him on who he had brought to the audition, Colton admitted: “They definitely know I sing but they don’t know I’m here today.” Having sold his parents on a story about being in work, he decided to give them a little surprise. As he walked on stage, his parents were in shock doing a double take. The exciting surprise was beautiful, as the parents cheered on their son, during his rendition of Adele’s “Hiding My Heart Away.”
