Tracy Metkea took a new colt out on a trail one day. Thankfully, her four-year-old Australian Shepherd, Becky Jo, tagged along with them.
The young horse happened to get spooked and took off running. Tracy fell but was stuck in one of the stirrups and was dragged for nearly half a mile. But man’s best friend was there to save her life…
