Chances are, you probably have some old leggings lying around that you don’t wear anymore. Maybe the style is dated, or maybe you’ve moved on from your legging phase. This Youtube user has found a creative way to recycle, or “up-cycle” your old leggings into a lovely top! The best part is, it’s super easy!
All you have to do is cut into your leggings, following the directions in the video below. The holes cut into the leggings make it look exactly like a shirt! It’s great knowing you won’t have to worry about anyone else wearing the same outfit as you, because your shirt is 100% unique!
Another nice thing about making these legging shirts (lirts? sheggings?) is that there are almost limitless amounts of designs to choose from. Leggings are typically pretty cheap, so this is a good excuse to go thrift shop digging! Add some pizzaz to your wardrobe!
