Most people believe that Australia is only full of dangerous and deadly animals (and for the most part, they’re right). But, there is an adorable animal duo that is looking to change Australia’s bad name. Just by looking at these baby best friends, you’d think that Australia is full of fluffy kittens and marshmallows (they’re THAT cute). Meet Anzac and Peggy.
The baby kangaroo and wombat are both orphans.

A rescue in Victoria, Australia, brought them in before they were eaten by predators int he wild.

Then, the rescue had a great idea. They decided to introduce Anzac, the kangaroo, to Peggy the wombat.

They were instantly friends.

The two babies are both marsupials and very young.

Together, they are fighting to change Australia’s dangerous image by being overwhelmingly cute.
