If you have a puppy at home, you have no doubt experienced the struggles of potty training.

Despite our best efforts, our furry best friends just can’t control themselves sometimes. That means that our carpet, rugs, and even furniture can get stained by puppy accidents.

Fortunately, one woman has come up with a brilliant way to get rid of pet stains, and it only involves 2 simple ingredients!

All you have to do is mix up 2 items that you probably already have in your home: Dawn dish soap and hydrogen peroxide (rubbing alcohol).

Use a brush to scrub the mix into the stained area, then let it sit for half an hour.

After this time has passed, take a paper towel and go back over the spot by pressing the paper towel into it. This will soak up the moisture in the area without completely removing the solution. Once the spot has dried, go over the area with a vacuum cleaner. That’s all there is to it! The spot will be eliminated, and you should notice a huge difference. Yay!

Besides the awesome cleaning power this solution provides, it’s also great that it doesn’t use harsh chemicals like other cleaning products that are designed to remove pet stains. This solution is not harmful to your dog, so you have less to worry about than if you used a traditional cleaning spray.

Just look at these before and after results! They’re pretty incredible, since we all know how hard it can be to get stubborn pet stains out of carpet or rugs. Enjoy your fabulously clean floors! They’ll look as good as new again.
